ESL/ELL reviews

TETYC will have a special ESL/ELL issue in September 2012 and I'd love to see some reviews--to date, I think the best visual overview of the issue is Wayne Robertson's "Writing Across Borders," which Wayne made while at Oregon State.  It's about 5 years old but still timely and a great way to bring the issue to the table for discussion.  So many other print-form options . . . so if you have a recent favorite, I'd welcome a review.
